We do not offer refunds. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we will provide store credit upon verification.
To be eligible for store credit or an exchange, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue.
Exchanges will only be processed if proper video proof is submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Please ensure the video is taken from the moment the package is opened, with no cuts or edits.
